DevilU
I tried to update the firmware of my M65 Pro RGB, but it stopped working, and when I finally got keyboard arrows working to click on the message in iCUE, it said "Update Failed" and nothing else. The M65 does not show up in iCUE. I did Win+E and saw "CRP DISABLD" in file explorer, which only contains "firmware.bin".I've determined CRP DISABLD is the mouse. How do I fix this? Is there a place I can manually download the firmware? How would I manually install the firmware? I submitted a ticket via Corsair Support and got no response. c-attack
A new version of iCUE was released about a week ago (3.5.111). In the last day or so several different peripheral devices received a firmware update. However, there seems to be a problem with the delivery/installation method and there are several threads for different devices all having issues. I would suggest not using 3.5.111 to do any firmware updates until it is sorted. They may have temporarily pulled them anyway.
