K90 can't fget macros to function in LOTRO

I bought the K90 so I could use the macro function in the game LOTRO (Lord of the rings online)

I have the latest firmware and drivers installed.

I've tried for a couple hours playing with different delay and keystroke configurations but nothing will work.

If I go to the in-game text entry area and play the macro the keystrokes will show up fine but if I execute the macro as part of an in-game command nothing happens.

For example if I press the key sequence "1 3 1 2 5" from the keyboard the game will execute 5 separate commands that result in the action I desire. When I enter these keystrokes into a macro (from either the software or directly from the keyboard record function + along with every delay option I can think of) there is no in game response. If I go to the in-game text entry area and execute the macro the sequence will show up fine including the delays that I have configured.

This is my first attempt at macro use/configuration so I don't know where the problem is but I'm frustrated.
