mypetrussian
I'm looking to get some LL fans soon and I have a Corsair RGB header on my MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon, I was wondering would it be possible to use this header in conjunction with the Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub and control them through Corsair Link or would this header mean I'd be using MSI's RGB controller? I'm wondering this as I only have 2 USB 2.0 headers on my motherboard, one being used by my H110i and the other powering my front panel connecters and would prefer not to have to spring for the Commander Pro. Thanks for any help :)
DevBiker
From what I understand, this controls Link devices via MSI's Mystic Light software. Unfortunately, I don't know any more about it but if you want to send me your MSI Z370 and Coffee Lake processor, I'd be happy to test it for you for a couple of months. ;): Another option, however, is to use an internal USB hub. This works quite well; I have one.
mypetrussian
It's not a problem if that is the case as I have the software installed anyway, just wanted to make sure before I spend £60 on fans then have to spend more just to get them to work :P Thanks for the quick response :)
