Then it said the username or password was wrong. I tried again. It was wrong again. Then I made a password recovery. 10 times. The new password I set was also wrong every time. I'm 100% sure the username was correct, because I was still connected to support with the same account on my laptop, and when I tried to log in again. You guessed it. Wrong password. I just wanted to RMA a power supply, but after 5 hours wasted on this website, I'm not a single step closer to it. Does anyone know how to fix this and how long I would have to wait?
