Mingk
Hi all I have a CX750M that I am looking to power a 2 cpu mobo. The CX has an extra 4+4pin connection, but no cable for it.. Can I use a 4+4 pin cable from my AX860? Or will this break things? Thanks! Edit: I should mention I might be dumb and cannot understand the cable compatibility chart :( Edited June 10, 2019 by Mingk
Corsair Employee Corsair Notepad Posted June 10, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted June 10, 2019 You can but that PSU was not designed to run a dual cpu system. You may be better off with a higher end line of PSU's that comes out of the box with multiple EPS cables instead of forcing one to work with it. Better to be safe than sorry I guess.. I'll look into getting a better PSU. Cheers!
