kmanderson193
Hello, For some reason, corsair link is showing my motherboard temp sensor #5 as sitting at 0°c, then every couple of seconds spiking to 127°c I checked on HWiNFO and it's showing temp sensor #5 averaging 25°c Anyone had this type of issue before? Tried reinstall but it didn't help Any help is appreciated Thanks! http://i66.tinypic.com/282fkue.png
DevBiker
This is a common issue with Link. It's not a problem per se but something that you can ignore. And Temp #x in Link doesn't necessarily correspond to Temp #x in HWInfo, unfortunately. There's no standard for naming these things and each application that reads them assigns their own number or text. From what I understand, the underlying issue is that the motherboard actually reports that the temperature sensor exists even when it doesn't. HWInfo, I think, filters these out based on the values returned. Link doesn't.
