K95 Platinum numerical keys not working

Hi i recently purchased a K95 mx speed keyboard

unfortunatly the numerical keys "0 - 9" and "," is not working.

However -+*/ and enter works, including num-lock.

i have tried the following;

latest software is installed

forced re-installation of latest firmware

unplugging the usb connections

only having the main usb connection plugged in

unplugging the separate device using the UBS port in the keyboard

i use windows 10 professional 64 bit system.

what can i do, i need to have the num keys as i use them for work all the time.

Submit a ticket to Corsair and see whether a hard reset resolves the issue.
