Dario85
About 8 months ago I have purchased a TWINX1024-3200XLPRO. About a month ago I started to have crash on my pc. Running memtest I' m getting error on test 3 and 8. The bios setting are 2-2-2-5 on 2.8v. I tried other configuration but I keep having those errors. My system is P4 560 and motherboard Asus P5GD1. What should I do? I should ask for a RMA? The store where I bought can't help me. PS: sorry for my bad english
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 29, 2005 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 29, 2005 Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, and then test the module/modules one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. .
