Ticket Id : 707281 - Unable to login either, ticket dead - keyboard collecting dust

Hi,

 

I have been unable to login for months now to update this ticket, I sent an email response but received nothing back.

 

In addition, when I reset my password to a new one, the new login does not work at all, only returning "Incorrect username and/or password. If you have forgotten your password, please reset your password." when the password is clearly correct.

 

Really poor service and very frustrating, I expected much more than this from Corsair, having been a customer for a long while.
