canulus
So i got myself a new H100i pro today. Installed icue and everything seemed fine untill i updated icue to the current version, now my device is not detected according to icue. It shows up in device manager. I have tried to relocate the usb from the motherboard to the back IO, i have tried uninstalling icue and reinstalling it. I have even tried to see if the H100i shows up in Link with no success. Is this a common issue or am i just beeing unlucky here?
solarity
Is this the Platinum version or the non-Platinum version? Also could you update your profile with your current system configuration.

Corsair Employee Corsair Calico Jack Posted April 2, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 2, 2019 @canalus, Do it anyways to see if it happens (won't break anything). If it does, go to settings and select Restart Corsair Services.
