Kamui12 Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 Hello, I have a Corsair Vengeance 1500. Since the beginning, I have a constant background noise on the right, which is very unpleasant. It should mute the sound in Windows for not hearing. I tested it on another computer and the problem is the same. I tested in a usb 3.0 and 2.0 I even reinstall Windows to be sure of having no other drivers (sound card on the motherboard unplugged of course) I'm not the only one with the problem and I wonder if you send in an RMA will only give me a helmet that was obviously a design problem. If I send you and you give it back to me with a headset problem that you are planning? (sorry for my English, it's not my main language) Good day. I have personally used the 1500 on both my work and home computer and have never had an issue like this. I would suggest going ahead with an RMA.
