Dustyy
The number pad 1 and 3 aren't working as intended, The numbers won't work but the end key that is on 1 and the Page down key that's on 3 will. I had to go into CUE to rebind them to the numbers but I was wondering if there is a proper fix? I tried updating and reinstalling the firmware and it didn't help. Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted August 18, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 18, 2017 Couple of things you can try and narrow down the issue: 1) Make sure the NumLock indicator is lit on the top right 2) Create a new profile in CUE with no remaps 3) Soft reset of the keyboard following the instructions below: Unplug the keyboard Move the BIOS switch next to the cables at the top to the (1) position Hold ESC Plug the keyboard in Release ESC after 5 sec

The key definitely work but it's almost as if they weren't mapped to those keys during assembly or something, which I don't know if thats how it works. Toasted
Can you try the keyboard on another computer? Do the keys work fine? Have you also tried closing CUE? Does it make any difference?
