programervn
Hi All, I bought a vaio laptop with specifications below. It had 4G RAM in one slot, and there's a free slot. This laptop can upgrade to 8G RAM, and I want to upgrade one more 4G RAM stick. Make: Sony Vaio Model: VPCSB16FG/B (http://www.sony-asia.com/product/vpcsb16fg?tabName=specifications) Chipset: Intel Sandy Bridge Processor: Intel Corei5 2410M Manufacturers Part Number: Memory capacity desired: CMSO4GX3M1A1333C9 In my country, currently, I only find corsair ram CMSO4GX3M1A1333C9, but I could not found it in corsair website. I wondering that, can my laptop use this ram to upgrade to 8G? Thanks for your help.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted February 23, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 23, 2012 I would suggest purchasing an 8 Gig set of modules so they both match. Like CM3X8GSDKit1066 would be the best choice for that NB
