Toasted
Change your EQ profiles. One of the InfoMic LEDs should flash green for X times (indicated by the profile number) instead of red. What operating system are you running?

Toasted
Open Device Manager and right click the headset > properties > driver tab. Are there any errors listed for the headset?
JACKLIM
Open Device Manager and right click the headset > properties > driver tab. Are there any errors listed for the headset? yes..my drive got yellow logo and i click in say Windows can not verify the digital signature of the drivers required for this device. Maybe a change of hardware or software updates a file that is not signed correctly been installed , damaged or malicious software from an unknown source .
