Installed the M1000 and sat the mouse on the pad and immediately received the message that there was a power surge at a USB port on my MB. I had a powered USB 3.0 hub on the shelf so I plugged it in, installed on my PC and plugged in the mouse pad and mouse and received the same error. I went online to see how I can fix the issue with a USB power surge. I tried everything and yet I cannot use the mat or the mouse. Since someone in my house threw out all my boxes I cannot return but I really want them to work. Anything I'm missing? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
