arasamata Posted November 29, 2018 Share Posted November 29, 2018 Hi, I just got my Void Pro RGB Wireless SE today. I plugged the headphone into my PC via the USB and the status LED remains off. I tried to plug it in multiple different ports on my PC and even on the wall charger but the LED doesn't change. Is there anything I can do? Thank you.
