Corsair 800 D has a 360 rad gril on the top.

 

I want to use an Alphacool UT 60 – 480 RAD on the top of the case . therfore ı added 4th

120 mm fangrill with drilling .

these coused problems at the inside and outside.. ı solved these problem with a 120 mm gasket at the inside and a self made 5mm rubber 360 gasket at outside..

Something to add:

 

Swiftech 655 pump is working at

 

Nominal voltage 12 V DC

 

Nominal power (@ 12 V) 24 W

 

Nominal current (@ 12 V) 2 amps

 

Therefore you need a digital fan controller min 25 watt to control it over fan controller.

 

But to see only the speed of the pump,you cann use any digital fan controller.

 

T o do this you must add the yellow tacho cable of pump , to the yellow tacho kable of fan controller.

It is time to make a front side window with alu and plexi.

First alu frame drawn at Autocad and cutted with waterjet

Alu bended at left side.

 

And front side window with acrylic is ready too . Acrylic (with protective tape) is mounted from the inside.

Font side window is mounted with 3 imbus screws M3 6mm at front and 2 imbus on the side.(green marked)

There is nothing in the system as corrosive.

 

 

Can you please suggest me a better quality of these products.

Hi you know the problems with my EK Nickel Coated Waterblocks,

 

This is one of the block. They are full correded at 4 months and nickel coating was robbed. You can see copper on nickel coated waterblocks.

And EK could do nothing for blocks…whic are used onl 4 months....

I must do anything for waterblocks…

 

firstly cleared corrosion as chemically and mechanically

 

than Nickel coated again

 

“sadly you can't do anything but to replace corroded parts.” Was the answer of EK…
