Corsair void wireless 7.1

Hello forum,

Maybe someone can shed some light on the issue I have.

The corsair void wireless 7.1 that I have has the problem that according to the cue software wont charge past 93%.

This is the second headset that has the problem, the first one, also the void 7.1 wireless had the same problem so I returned it to where I bought it.

But now this one has the same issue, tried to force a firmware update and also tried to leave the pc on and charge overnight, both to no avail.

Is this a software issue (i.e. wrong number displayed?)or hardware issue (bad batch batteries used?)

Could be a software issue.

How is the battery life? Has it dropped or is it still performing without issue?

I thought the same, I got this headset last saturday, and I have to say I only charged it once so far.

I use it everyday from 2 hours up to 6 hours.

So this battery is a lot better considered how long I can do on one charge.

I could not do this with the previous headset.

Question is, are there other people that when they click the cogwheel in the cue software and see 93% charge? if so its a software problem and then I can let it go.

If its hardware I will get it replaced once more.
