captainzero
Hello forum, Maybe someone can shed some light on the issue I have. The corsair void wireless 7.1 that I have has the problem that according to the cue software wont charge past 93%. This is the second headset that has the problem, the first one, also the void 7.1 wireless had the same problem so I returned it to where I bought it. But now this one has the same issue, tried to force a firmware update and also tried to leave the pc on and charge overnight, both to no avail. Is this a software issue (i.e. wrong number displayed?)or hardware issue (bad batch batteries used?) Regards, Captain Zero
Toasted
Could be a software issue. How is the battery life? Has it dropped or is it still performing without issue?
captainzero
Thanks for your reply. I thought the same, I got this headset last saturday, and I have to say I only charged it once so far. I use it everyday from 2 hours up to 6 hours. So this battery is a lot better considered how long I can do on one charge. I could not do this with the previous headset. Question is, are there other people that when they click the cogwheel in the cue software and see 93% charge? if so its a software problem and then I can let it go. If its hardware I will get it replaced once more.

Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted July 24, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 24, 2017 Usually fully discharging then recharging the headset without interruption can fix most battery and charge % issues.
