  1. It's a well documented issue happening with what seems to be all "platinum" branded AIOs from Corsair. Nothing to do with power - these are powered by sata connections though Seems to be an issue with the new supplier of their AIO tech, and the iCue software.
  2. MSI Mortar Titanium b450m. Ryzen 2600x. Issue is as described - blinking, constant usb disconnects, occurance reduced when set to static colour.
  3. I have the issue on AMD, AM4 platform (B450) without steam even being installed. Could you please confirm that the issue is known to you and your development teams as being on AMD (non intel) and when steam is not running? If you don't have this logged with the engineering team at this point (after many people with AMD and without steam noting the issue), this would be very disheartening.
  4. The h100i platinum SE is "end of life" on Corsair's main UK partner site, and no longer for sale by Corsair on their site. A response from a staffer would be super helpful at this stage
  5. I appreciate this, but I'm on a b450 AMD board and still have the issue. I even have the issue when set to a single static colour. It just only happens every 5-10 minutes instead of every 1-2. I've tried every workaround I can think of at this stage, from reading all of these posts and threads. Something I've just realised is that this depends on the number of USB ports I'm using for peripherals... (?) - as soon as I use most/all of my ports, this issue happens consistently. When I take a couple things out of the ports, no more disconnecting... - anyone else able to replicate this?
  6. I have to say, that I have tried the fan voltage / 100% power thing in my BIOS, and it's still having the issues.
