I'm mostly happy with the products but I'm really struggling with teh keyboard profile getting stuck as i switch around apps on my computer. I'm using a macbook pro 13" running iOS 10.15 and the keyboard, mouse and iCUE software are all up to date. The keyboard, and now the USB hub, are plugged into a 27" thunderbolt monitor. I had read an old post saying that someone had resolved this issue with a powered USB hub so i went out and got one of those. Same problem is occuring. no change. I've submitted a ticket to Corsair but the response is unbearable. I get an email once every 3 days. It looks like this has been an issue for others but other than one post talking about the powered hub i can't seem to find a resolution. for $200 i'd expect better. Can someone please help? I'd rather not have to return it as this was a replacement for an LG keyboard that I did not like at all. thanks in advance. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
