terabyte Posted April 12, 2017 Share Posted April 12, 2017 There is a rare bug that makes profile disappear from time to time. Corsair already tracked down one and fixed it a while ago, but it seems there is still another left. I've had the same issue myself a few times. As a temp fix I always backup my %appdata%/Corsair/CUE folder when I make changes and restore it if profiles get lost.
