Jkraghify
some games block macros. Can you test your macros in notepad? Also, verify that automatic profile switching is enabled. Perhaps CUE is not really switching profiles when you are in world of warcraft?
rageteck95
They're not macro's i just remapped the keys on the thumb pad to the corresponding numpad keys. Profile switching is enabled.
Jkraghify
Okay, do the remapped buttons work outside WOW? I can type numbers with my scimitar right in this box under this message. 6399363#^(

Jkraghify
Okay, that's exactly what I did as well. I tested it on my default profile though that way I would be absolutely sure that the profile is active... Have you set a default profile? Also - it's relevant right now to know what version of CUE you are using. There is the most recent CUE 1.16 and then there is a CUE 2.XX open beta. are you using either of these? rageteck95
I'm currently using the beta one and the keybinds i have setup on the default profile.
Jkraghify
My work PC has CUE 1.16 on it, so I can't help as well as I'd like until I get home tonight. CUE 2 is still being developed, and the software is not exactly clear and easy to use. The Default profile in CUE 2 is always the first profile in the list, not the one labeled "default." If you are not sure what profile is active, I'd try manually turning on your WOW profile to test the macros. There really needs to be tutorial videos for this
rageteck95
I've looked everywhere for tutorial video's. Should i download the non beta one and retry?
Jkraghify
That could be easier. It would hep you figure out if it's a software/user interface problem or if there is actually something wrong with the mouse.
rageteck95
I just uninstalled the beta and reinstalled the the most recent one and it seems to be working fine now. Thankyou for your help.
