fkjchon Posted August 8, 2016 Share Posted August 8, 2016 The media control keys used to work fine with iTunes in Windows 10 64 Pro. However with the recent Anniversary update, it seems to have broke the feature. Now nothing happens when I press the keys. The volume control knob still works fine as well as the Mute button. I have checked for Human Interface Devices and it's running, and I also do not have any media playback extension on Chrome. I have tried a fresh install of Windows 10 with Anniversary Update and the problem still occurs. Also tried out Windows Media player, nothing happens if I press any of the media control keys.
