sinfinite
Whenever I try to add RGB lights to my H115i, my cpu temps (according to iCUE) start to increase by 10-15c over the next minute - what is going on here? With temps increasing so much, my cpu fans immediately start to ramp up and get load/fast. As soon as I delete the lights - the fans start to calm down and temps lower. What should I do to be able to fix this issue? The issue persist through a reboot (if I keep the lights enabled) I have full software control disabled. c-attack
This is the H115i Platinum? There were a bunch of reports about this not that long after launch. I can't remember if was corrected by firmware updates or something else. Obviously the temp increase is not real, but it doesn't matter because the fan controller thinks it is. 10-15C is more extreme than many of the other cases. I would contact Corsair Support through the Ticket System and detail this.
