givmifai Posted July 14, 2015 Share Posted July 14, 2015 hello there i having a BSOD when i installed with 2 corsair ram its happen randomly mostly error was memory managment and irql not less or equal those are cmv4gx3m1a1600c11 x 2 when i only using either 1 of it was no problem at all i have run memtest it only show error when i installed 2 i also have try to swap the ram slot but it still remain the same here are my spec: MB:Gigabyte 970A-DS3P CPU:AMD FX-8350 Graphic:Leadtek GTX-960 Power:Corsair VS550 have done research on net but not sure what problem is it[voltage etc] seem im a beginner on this area thank Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Synthohol Posted July 14, 2015 Share Posted July 14, 2015 Hello, your ram came from 2 separate packages right? unfortunately the 2 sticks were never tested together and approved to be an 8G kit. have you installed both sticks and completely reset the BIOS? this may help. then re-input all your settings. see if that helps otherwise it may just be incompatibility between the 2 sticks.
