ballz187
hey guys, i recently built a new system, you can see it in my specs profile. I have the corsair 1000D. The tower shows up in icue fine, im assuming it is the fans that are connected to that commander pro that came with the case. However i have a 2nd commander pro and I do not see it at all in Icue, I am basically missing the option to manage half of my fans in the case. Any insight on this anyone can provide would be great
ballz187
My PSU is connected to that commander pro, i just actually swapped out the commander pro for a new one as i thought it may be faulty and still not showing up. Any input?
djc200
Any luck with this? I just built my first PC with the 1000D and the commander pro is not showing up in the icue software. The case is though as Obsidian 1000D, but I can't see the commander to be able to adjust the speed of the fans.

djc200
Thanks! I managed to fix my issue though... I had my NZXT z73 AIO CPU cooler connected to one of the two USB ports in the Commander Pro. Perhaps that was affecting the power draw. I moved that USB connection to the MB and plugged the Lighting Core USB to the Commander Pro and now I get the performance tab on the Obsidian 1000D in iCue.
