Jyster Posted January 10, 2020 Share Posted January 10, 2020 Since the last update to iCUE the top row number 1 key types twice when pressing the key. This is the only key that does this. It doesn't do it on the numpad 1 key and also stops doing it when I exit the iCUE software. I have a Strafe RGB silent and was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. c-attack Posted January 10, 2020 Share Posted January 10, 2020 If it’s just a single key, it could be a mechanical or software issue. Quit iCUE and open up any text field. Does 1 still double up? I would start a support ticket with Corsair. Chances are a hard reset is in your future and you need the firmware image from them. Jyster Posted January 10, 2020 Author Share Posted January 10, 2020 (edited) It only does it when iCUE is running and only started with the last update to the iCUE software. *EDIT* Problem solved - Haven't checked for a software update in last 3 days until just now, and there was one which has rectified the issue.
