  1. First of.. I am absolutely sick to death of this issue and ready to throw all my corsair stuff in the bloody bin so excuse any rudeness etc. I don't know if software or my keyboard is to blame for this but when adjusting the volume with the volume control on my K70 RGB MK.2 LP the volume will go down to 0 and get stuck there. Only way to fix it is to unplug the keyboard and plug it in again. I can then change the volume back. If I don't unplug it nothing I do will let me change the volume. Doing it with the windows control, or changing it with my headset does not work. This happens anywhere from a few times a day to every other day and I am more than done dealing with it as well as the other stupid issues I have to deal with in regards to iCUE. Like having to reboot my PC so it can add or install a module to deal with a new device. A reboot? REALLY? It's 2024 not 2004. I have a Corsair Keyboard, Headset, Cooler, Case, RGB Fans and Strip and until recently a mouse. I am one more issue away from dumping corsair's products and switching to Logitech for my Keyboard/mouse/headset and someone else for the case and fans/rgb. iCUE is the bloody worst. But if anyone knows what the volume issue is and how to fix it I might be able to tolerate the rest for a little longer and maybe Corsair will come to their senses and fix iCUE.
  2. Thanks, I got the g502 X plus and happy with it this far. Battery life is WAY better and the mouse is much lighter as well. Fingers crossed it will last for that 1 year. Got it on sale for £111 at Argos in the UK as well.
  3. Just want to share this, maybe someone as Corsair will actaully figure out what on earth is going on. I have had 4 Corsair Dark Core Pro SE mice over the years and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them has failed the same way. They start double clicking when I only press it once. I have tried everything under the sun to fix it, from a fresh install of Windows, Re-intsalling iCue, Re-fashing firmware, Older Firmware. Bluetooth, Wried mode and much more. Its clear is a fault with the physical hardware and not a software thing. I have had a terible week and I am in no mood for dealing with a mouse that makes it impossible to navigate my PC with it double clicking all the time. So, It ended up smashed to bloody bits. Cant double click if its not a mouse anymore. Thats How done I am with it. I am using my old one rn as it still mostly works. Double clicks here and there but not every damn click. Corsair, the rest of your stuff has served me fairly well, Fans, Case, Headset, Ram, Keyboards and so on but your mice.... not so much. And yes, I could of got an RMA... why? for it to start double clicking in 12 months? No thanks I will have to try something like the Logi G502, Not looking forward to adjusting to a new mouse.
  4. I have 6 LL120 RGB fans in my case. I have had these for about 8 Months or so. I just got another set of 3 to add to the side intake on my 5000D Airflow but there is a clear change in colour. The new set of fans look different to the older ones. Do these LED's fade over time?? I have attached some pics to show. You can see when the fans are set to White, the front 3 are not quite the same colour as the 3 new ones on the side. Same goes for the other colours. The colour difference can be seen between the 6 older fans and the 3 newer ones. The older 6 fans all show the same colour
  5. Hey, I have a little bit of a concern over the rather weedy SATA power cable that powers the Corsair RGB Hub. I have 6 LL120 RGB fans connected to it and the SATA power wire is getting warm. Not hot but warm enough for me to be worried about it. Is this expected? Is this normal? I would look for another cable but the power cable is hard wired into it. I have seen some other people with this cable melted so I think my worry is justified. I do not want my PC to go up in flames from a poorly designed cable!
  6. Hi all, I have not long got this mouse but I am unable to get a 2000hz polling rate out of it, as far as I can tell anyway. I am using this site to check: https://zowie.benq.com/ja/support/mouse-rate-checker.html A mate of mine has the same mouse as me and can get 2000Hz out of it (Yes I set it to 2000 in iCue) The difference between us being that he is on an X570 with a Ryzen 9 3900X and a different ASmedia USB3 Chipset (I do not know what USB port he is using) and I am on an X370 With a Ryzen 5 3600. I have tried all my USB ports, USB2 and USB3, Ports that are on the chipset, CPU and ASmedia ones. I have made sure all my drivers are as up-to-date as I can find. Apart from the ASMedia 2142 as I can not find drivers for this other than the ones Windows installs. Any ideas people?
  7. Hi all, I just got this mouse and I am unable to get it to charge on my Samsung Qi compatible charger. I am trying to figure out if this is a issue with the mouse or the charger. Does Samsung only allow Samsung devices? Or does Corsair only allow the charging pad they sell to charge the mouse? I was going to get a Juice branded 10W Qi charging pad instead but I dont want to waste £20 on it if it will not work. Cheers
  8. The keycaps on my keyboard are breaking almost daily now. I contacted support 2/3 months ago about it and I was told some new keycaps would be sent. What I got was about 6 ish keycaps and thats it. I was expecting a full set but was told they can not do that and would have to replace the whole keyboard. I contacted support again 21 days ago with no reply thus far. I have been using key caps from my MK1 Strafe that I still have. Looking at the caps I can see that the new MK2 caps are not as good. https://photos.app.goo.gl/3kdU6KE526Ls87JK6 The left is the MK2 caps with a thinner stem on them and the one on the right is my old MK1 strafe key cap. I believe this might be why they are breaking as well as having a loose fit on the keys. Some keys can be pulled off with zero force at all! I can not send this back now as I dont have a keyboard with all its keys to use as a back up. Surly Corsair can send me some new caps? I can even send these broken once back if they want to take a look?
