  1. Secure Wipe usually denotes a feature in a SSD that fully resets the contents of the drive. Including the overprovisioned areas that are not accessible from the computer operating system. It's normally a very secure method of wiping the hard drive. The only potential problem would be if there is a bug in the secure wipe function that prevents it from operating properly.
  2. Yes my Survivor came unglued.... The memory module pulled out of the metal case when I pulled it out of the computer USB slot. Otherwise it seems to work fine and I'd like to continue to use it. All idea on how I can reattach it. Like what kind of adhesive would work? Otherwise this is by far the most robust USB case I've eve had, and I'd like to be able to continue to use it.
