  1. I have a Commander Core XT and the controller for my h170i Elite. When I shut down iCue, what fan curve does the controller fall back on? I thought it would use my temperature sensor that is connected to my Commander Core XT, because I read that on another thread, but it does not. I know it does not, because when I shut down iCue my fans go higher and stay higher until I start iCue again. Is there a way to set fan speed when iCue is not running?
  2. I have a Katar Elite Wireless mouse. The description for this mouse says it is compatible with both PC and Mac, but I have an issue with using it on Mac. Scrolling with this mouse on Mac does not feel smooth. It feels like there is some acceleration going on. I haven’t been able to find a way to disable or fix this in Mac OS settings or in iCue software. Is there a way to fix this? I assume there is, but I just don’t see it, as the mouse is marketed for both PC and Mac. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
  3. Thank you. Great tip for when I need a past version in the future. Thanks to Technobeard for the link as well.
  4. I think I narrowed it down to a bad LL RGB fan. Disconnected that fan from my RGB hub and all seems well. I bought a new one to replace it with.
  5. Where to find older versions than that: 4.32.129?
  6. I have 10 120mm LL fans. When turning on the game integrations, they work fine for a while. At some point 3 of my fans freeze (the colors stop updating). The rest of the lights work fine. When I close the game, those three lights stay frozen and the others shut off like they are supposed to. I have two RGB hubs connected to one Commander Pro. I clean installed iCue and things got a little better. Before clean installing, all of my lights would continue with the game integration profile even after quitting a game. I am on iCue 4.33.138. What gives? On my other computer everything works fine.
  7. Happens to me in 2023, glad to see that Corsair is hard at work trying to fix issues like this...
  8. OP is correct, iCue is hot garbage and I don't think Corsair can ever get it to work 100% of the time. Just give up on Corsair and move to better companies.
  9. The Corsair forums are garbage. No one responds to your questions around here. I've called them once and although they are really nice they didn't help me either. I've gotten to the point where I probably won't buy Corsair again. They sell good hardware, but their software is absolutely garbage and so is their support.
  10. I have a K70 RGB MK.2 and would like to know what material the wrist rest is made of? is there any silicone included?
  11. I bought a Corsair HX1500i for one of my new computer builds. The power supply itself runs excellent. However, if I have it plugged into my motherboard's USB port, to use with iCue, I get a random freeze (all Corsair products only) and then the power supply details no longer show in iCue. The temps, load, and everything else related to the power supply all show up as 0. If I look in Windows reliability history, there is a hardware 144 error. Bad PSU, or bad drivers (iCue)?
  12. What is the size of the thumb screws on this case? Are these the correct size: https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Thread-Vibration-Isolators-Absorber/dp/B07KSTDL9T/?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_w=hI2yn&content-id=amzn1.sym.8cf3b8ef-6a74-45dc-9f0d-6409eb523603&pf_rd_p=8cf3b8ef-6a74-45dc-9f0d-6409eb523603&pf_rd_r=96K26C61F38TEGK4FAT1&pd_rd_wg=Sm3Mk&pd_rd_r=46663f29-9dae-4310-b99d-0711cbba4847&ref_=pd_gw_ci_mcx_mi&th=1 I took the top off and the coolant temps are 3-4c cooler. Has anyone tried intake with an AIO on the top, bottom fans intake and front exhaust? Not my preference, but it seems like it would fix the AIO temps. The GPU would have cool air blowing on it from below.
  13. I recently rebuilt one of my computers. I have a H100i Elite LCD cooler, 13900KF, EVGA 3090 FTW. I put all of this in a Corsair 280x case. I know, not the best airflow in this case. The H100i basically has to be at the top as an exhaust, as there is no other location it will fit and there is no rear fan option for this case. My CPU runs about where I would expect for a 13900KF. My coolant temperatures go from upper 20’s to low 30’s at idle, but slowly increase to about 47c while gaming. Are my coolant temperatures normal given my system? I’ve heard over 50c is the concerning point and 60c is a real problem? I ran an 8086K in this case previously and had no issues, but I never watched the coolant temperatures either.
  14. Turns out one of the USB ports on the ROG FPS-II card is not working. Will have to contact Asus for a new one. Right now, I have to forgo connecting my power supply to the USB and monitoring it in iCue. I have a Z790-i motherboard. There are no actual USB headers on the motherboard. You have to attach the ROG FPS-II card to the motherboard to get USB headers. I guess that just comes with the turf of having a Mini-ITX motherboard. At least I can just get a new ROG FPS-II card and install it, rather than having to send back the whole motherboard.
  15. I got rid of the Commander pro and now everything is plugged directly into the motherboard and nothing is showing up. The fans are not showing up, the CPU cooler is not showing up, nothing. What the hell is going on with this thing? This is really irritating.
