kriken
Hey all, So yesterday I bought a Vengeance 2000 and followed the quickstart guide but after installing the software it continues to ask me to plug in the wireless dongle even though its plugged in. Before installing any drivers my Catalyst Control Panel picked up the headset but after installing the drivers it disappeared from the list. Any help would be appreciated :)
Toasted
Is the dongle detected in Device manager? Have you tried a different USB port?
kriken
I plugged it into the only other available USB slot I have and this was the result http://puu.sh/1MIP4 Not sure what it means by 'Device Unplugged' and it still asks to connect the wireless adapter. Which tab should it be under in device manager? Also tried it on my USB3 slot (I use my HDD in this one) and this was the result http://puu.sh/1MIRb
Toasted
The dongle should be under Sound,... Are you using the extension included with the headset? If so, try a port at the back of the motherboard. Is the dongle L.E.D. lit and flashing?
kriken
Heres my device manager: http://puu.sh/1MJ9q And this is the device status for the driver: "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)" Using a USB port on the front of the case without the extension because of no available ports at the back. And the LED is lit, no flashing.
