SAUCEDBOBDOLE Posted September 1, 2019 Share Posted September 1, 2019 Product: CH-9000091-NA Hello I updated to ICUE v. 3.19.120 and Mouse firmware v. 3.04 and the side buttons on my mouse no longer work. They do light up but no longer register on anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled ICUE and remapped all my keys like I previously had them and I'm still unable to use the mouse the way I was able to play games last night. Oninohiro Posted October 1, 2019 Share Posted October 1, 2019 I'm using the CORSAIR Scimitar Pro RGB. It was working last night when I went to bed, but today only the regular mouse buttons work. Nor do the lights. They light up when I restart the pc, but then turn off. The mouse is only 2 years old and I'm a daily gamer. Basic mouse functions are ok. Lights work. Software version: 1.16.42 Firmware version: 2.04 Trying the update firmware/software buttons, it says most actual versions are installed.
