Corsair Scimitar Side Buttons Not Working

I'm using the CORSAIR Scimitar Pro RGB. It was working last night when I went to bed, but today only the regular mouse buttons work. Nor do the lights. They light up when I restart the pc, but then turn off. The mouse is only 2 years old and I'm a daily gamer. Any help would be nice or if someone can point my in the right direction. Thank you in advance.
