mpoffo Posted October 14, 2014 Share Posted October 14, 2014 I have noticed that when I start my system the CUE software loads the default profile but the animation on it does not work. I also notice that the automatic profile switching will not work. To resolve these issues I have to close out CUE completely and restart it. Then the functions seem to work as intended. I have the latest firmware and software but this was doing this with both versions. Perhaps it is a known issue but I thought I would post it here. On a side note I do notice a box pop-up and then close since I installed CUE. I am not sure what it is but I assume it has something to do with CUE?
