yzmxer608
If I try to turn on or restart my PC with the H2100 already on, the boot hangs right before Windows loads (gets past POST) then just sits there. I have to manually turn the PC off, turn the headset off, then restart it. Any solution to this? Kind of annoying when I forget to turn the headset off just doing a quick system restart. Toasted
Do you have the latest BIOS installed? I would suggest you contact technical support and see whether they can give you solutions to try to resolve the issue. e.g. changes to the USB settings in the BIOS. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
yzmxer608
I was able to fix it by disabling "Legacy USB Support" in the BIOS. Is it common for these headsets to cut out randomly? I can lose sound and mic for up to 5 seconds out of no where. Happens both when charging and running on battery, the USB dongle is on the extension wire approximately 2 feet from the headset when I'm wearing it. Really wish Best Buy had the H1500 in stock when I had to get a new one (dog chewed old cord on H1500), I'm just not a fan of wireless peripherals for reasons like this... Toasted
No, it is not common. Do you have any wireless devices near the dongle and headset? Have you tried a different USB port? Have you tried re pairing the headset? http://www.corsair.com/support/faqs/audio Expand the Vengeance 2000 section for re pair instructions. yzmxer608
My phone is usually between the headset and dongle. I'll try a different port and re-pairing tonight, thanks for the suggestions! :)
