Corsair Void 7.1 RGB Wireless Infomic issue

Hi all, I'm having an issue with my Void's infomic. According to the manual while it is on and charging, there should be amber pulse when it has reached 20% and green pulse when it has reached 85%, however I never ever seem to get any LEDs to turn on when charging the headset while it is on or off. The LEDs on the ear cups work but I obviously can't see them when I have them on.

Also the ear cups are not really accurate when charging. When the ear cups are solid green they are fully charged but when I unplugged them, they were not 100% like the manual says.

The LED on the infomic does work however when changing EQ presets and when I mute the mic, just not when it is charging.

I have updated to the latest firmware, but after the update it says my version is "v.?". Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?

The ? will be seen when the headset is not connected / turned on.

Have you tried a different USB port and charging cable? The charging LED will only show when the headset is turned off as well.
