Krupas
Hi, I recently bought the M65 RGB Elite mice, and i can not save the settings in it. After connecting, the HW profile in iCUE is not displayed. I tried what in THIS topic, but it did not help. Is there any way to to fix this or reset the mice? @Edited: I solve my problem with this: 1. Unplug the mouse. 2. With the mouse unplugged, hold down the left and right click. 3. While holding down the left and right click, plug the mouse back into the computer. 4. After about 5 seconds, release the left and right click. 5. Update the mouse firmware. KOKOtm
Thanks. I also had to add the hardware profile again. Was also gone before update, too but there was no way to add it. It is working now.

Just wanted to say a big thank you, I just got my M65 RGB Elite around a week ago (as well as a Strafe RGB Mk2) and the hardware profiles never worked for the mouse, after doing exactly as you said I can confirm I'm now a happy chappy!
