Maybe you are just putting a lot of force on the keys try making the force less but more centered so you are not pushing the key to the side.

You could go to their website (Corsair.com) go to products > parts & accessories > keyboard accessories then there will be 2 keycap sets one for the old font layout (The old K70) and one for the new on (The one the strafe has and later models) as you have the k70 LUX you can buy the new keycaps these will be an entirely new set of keycaps for the keyboard.
