I am at version v1.14.58 but have no option to upgrade to v1.15.61. Is v1.15.61 not available for everybody?

I have disabled Norton Game optimizer and had no issues an Icue crashes anymore

I had the same issue. I had to reinstall icue 5 several times (after some faults it finally installed) before i could uninstall it. I am back to icue 4 for now

Today mine volume wheel on the k100 also stopped working. Media keys work fine. Remapping keys to the wheel do not work so it looks like the wheel is broken or so.

My firmware is 0.33.265 and is the latest version??? Doesn't really matter! I am having no issues at all

I am sending mine back for a refund at the store. I liked the K100 a lot but the problems are ridiculous and not fixed for over a long period. Going back to my K70 for now

I got mine K100 a week ago with firmware 1.9.26 an also experience freezes so it's not only with firmware 1.11.xx

I got an issue that in wireless mode I cannot disable the sidetone. In wired mode it works okay and i can adjust the sidetone in ICue. @Corsair Nick Mine is older than 2 years. Can it be fixed under RMA warrenty then?
