  1. Can I get an update please? You've had my RAM a week now and no update since.
  2. I agree. I'm just about finished with corsair products. I've already replaced my ram with another brand but I would appreciate corsair actually fulfilling their warranty requirements.

  4. can I get an indication of when I will get a replacement disk please? I am now delayed by over 2 weeks from finishing this PC build as I am now only waiting on a replacement disk.

  7. i'ts now 5 working days since I submitted my ticket and no response to it. I think its reasonable to at least expect a response within that time. This is very frustrating, particularly where I have been sent a defective product.
  8. Hi, I purchased a refurb MP500 SSD from Corsairs site and have received a damage product. I've raised a ticket under #2000450275 but as yet haven't had any contact to arrange a replacement. could someone look at this for me please? apologies if delay is due to any public holiday etc.
