I just purchased an HS80 headset to use with a new ATC program (BeyondATC) for MSFS2020. The program has a microphone test but it gives me this response "We missed almost all the words. Check your microphone is working correctly and please try again. I've tried numerous times but it cannot hear my microphone. I have the mic volume set to 100 in Windows 10. I read that I could install a program called iCUE to boost the mic volume. I installed iCUE but I don't see how to do that.
