  1. It pairs fine to my wife's macbook, but for some reason I get the error "Try connecting your device again" every time I try to pair it to my laptop. I feel like I've tried everything, using generic drivers, updating manufacturer drivers, completely uninstalling and reinstalling them. I've tried every fix I could find on the Microsoft forums to remedy that error. For no discernible reason, the mouse just won't play nice with my laptop, and I'm not really sure where else to go from there at this point. Any suggestions or guesses are appreciated, and feel free to ask for more info.
