  1. I just recently upgraded to the new iCUE link system for my fans long with the ELITE HXD5 pump with the LCD screen and I have ran into an issue where the pump no longer displays on the LCD screen and the pump is brand new. I finished my setup here a few days ago and finally was able to turn it on and the HXD5 pumps LCD screen was working fine, I was able to read my loops temp on it for most of the day. I was having some trouble with setting everything up until I hooked up two hubs splitting all of my fans and the pump to reduce the power strain on the hub, the hubs kept screaming at me saying they had too many connections until I just added a second hub and split everything between the two hubs, for reference I have 12 fans and the HXD5 pump and how two Hubs in the back and the pump can no longer be detected by either hub or the other two I have that came with my fans. I have Tried swapping out ALL the cables, the two on the pump one which goes to the motherboard and the other that goes to the hub, I switched out the hub thinking that was the issue and the PCIe cable as well all have failed I also removed the corsair software and deleted the appdata files as well as the registry data and it still will not work when it was working earlier in the day. One note as well, if I unplug the HXD5 Pump from the hub on its own and plug it back in, the pump shorts out the hub and I cannot get it to turn back on unless I turn off the entire PC and do a 5 second power button drain by shutting off the switch to the power supply to drain the motherboards stored power, only then will the hub actually turn back on, is my pump defective? should i request an RMA?
