Sometimes the mic refuse to work when the PC open or restart. Yes I have iCUE and even waited until that crappy app to load. Sometimes the entire headset refuses to work when I just went out for an hour lunch. Everytime the solution is switching bluetooth mode on and off or unplug and replug the dongle. So it's obvious something is really wrong with the software. Why can't the mic mute be physical like other headsets ?? I truly regret buying this. Now I am back to old GSP 370.

As the title says when the HS80 MAX Mic is muted the led light is reflecting in my glasses and it's really ****** annoying. Is there anyway I could disable it ?? If I can't I'll just return it. iCUE is bad enough already and I have to deal with this crap too.
