  1. Hello, I have started the process for an advance rma on my VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS headset. My card was charged last week for the replacement cost and I was sent a label so I can return the defective headset when the new one arrives. The problem I am having is that this was all done on 4/10 and I still have not received the replacement headset. I have had no contact from Corsair since they let me know that I was successfully charged for thee replacement headset. I have no tracking info, nothing. I have tried to user their online chat and was given a link that prompts me to enter my e-mail address and my rma order number that starts with 200. Well that doesnt work, it just sits there and gives me a spinning circle and will not give me any information. The CSR rep that started my RMA was Frank S. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get a simple update on my RMA, or talk to a live person? At this point I feel like I have been charged twice for a product that is bad. I even purchased from Corsair directly.
