I have encountered the same problem. After switching from Razer Kraken V3 Pro, which had faulty volume wheel along with my Black Widow V3 Pro, I opted for the Virtuoso XT, hopping for a better experience because it has a two-year warranty and generally positive reviews. The headset's build quality is impressive, and the 50mm driver caught my eye. However, I am disappointed by the lack of microphone input. I am also curious why YouTubers endorsing this headset aren't mentioning this drawback.
