I have been using these headphones for roughly 9 months, for the first bit they were used on a PC with icue but then i sold it for a ps5 and the headset worked fine with it from when i got it in october up until now, I muted my mic by lifting the mic arm and when i came back and put the mic arm down the red light wouldnt go away. Ive tried everything like soft resetting and holding the mute button but all my efforts arent working, If anyone has a solution please help me out
