Rabbids

Not sure if this is the right place for this question/discussion but does anyone know what these two things are for? The manual says nothing about them but they both look very intentional and with a specific purpose. One is on the outside, right below where the PSU is, and the other one is on the inside bottom panel of the case, where you would mount the bottom intake fans. Thanks!
