  1. Does anyone know how to get a Corsair employee to view this thread and reply?
  2. From the Product Page directly on the website it says there are 4 onboard profiles but there is seemingly NO WAY to load a profile into hardware storage like there is on every other Corsair device I have. What gives? https://www.corsair.com/us/en/p/keyboards/ch-91d401l-na/k65-plus-wireless-75-percent-rgb-mechanical-gaming-keyboard-ch-91d401l-na#tab-techspecs
  3. Here is what it looks like on the K70 Wireless for RGB per key lighting, there is an option so save to the hardware which is entirely missing from the K65 Plus Wireless....
  4. Here is a screen capture inside of icue 5.11.96 (newest) for what happens when you disconnect the USB cable and then 'wireless lighting effects' replaces ' lighting effects' What's going on here? How can I have per rgb lighting as per the Amazon page in wireless mode (see the screen shot, it's using the 'wireless lighting effects' screen at the same time as saying 'Cutomzie each key's RGB' Anyone know how to fix this or what's going on?!
  5. Despite the marketing on the website as well as on Amazon (see attached) that say the K65 Plus Wireless has Per key RGB Lighting there are a few problems. 1.) When you unplug the USB cable iCue switches to ‘Wireless Lighting’ and no where in the UI will it allow you to choose individual keys which is quite strange and not at all like the 7 other boards I have (including the K60 Mini (wireless) While plugged in - no problem you can control each key. 2.) Unlike those other boards where you can save the lighting to hardware inside iCue that same context option is missing. Is this just hidden somewhere in the software and it can actually save ‘per key RGB’ to the hardware profiles on this board or did this ship in an incomplete state? Can an employee who knows why this board’s iCue UI is not at all as expected in ‘wireless lighting’ when you go to ‘static’ colors you can ONLY select ‘ALL’ keys to apply one color to. 😞
