I know I have my Corsair 360mm AIO hooked up right but for some reason I get a red light/dot on my mobo after playing Cities Skylines 2 for a few minutes. Then my screen goes off but I still can hear the game. This is with a Intel i9 14900k processor Is the AIO not powerful enough for it? Do not expect to get a reply here but it is worth a try.
